What are the conditions of eligibility for returns?

For any difficulty that you might encounter about a product purchased on our platform, it would be recommended to inform our Customer Service right away by e-mail at customerservice@marketmyx.com.That said, you’re authorize to return only damaged, defective or wrong item and in order to guarantee a short duration resolution time for your issue, it is highly recommended to immediately proceed to the related article's drop-off at the closest MARKETMYX pick-up station. This would allow you to provide full details to the delivery agents available and thus, will guarantee a processing time of your return reduced by two!

NB: The product you would return ought to be as it was delivered (its state).

Prepare your package for return and shipping

Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the marketmyx.com. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package then ship.

Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected with the shipping costs.If you return an item using a prepaid method (drop off or pickup) and the reason for return is not a result of a marketmyx.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of marketmyx.com error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

How much time do I have to return a product to MARKETMYX?

All items sold on marketmyx, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 5 days from delivery date. Example: If I received my product on Monday 5th, I have until next Friday 9th to contact Customer Service. NOTE: You have 7 days notify your return, online or by calling Customer Service, from the day you received your purchase.

Can I return my items after the marketmyx's return period expiry?

Sorry but unfortunately, returns are accepted only within the marketmyx's 7-days return period. However, in the case a product is embedded with the "manufacturer" warranty, you can require the authorized service center of the brand (the supplier)'s assistance. Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, a microwave returned for not powering-on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered to you.

What is the Refund Timeline?

The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completedit may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

The delivered product does not comply with my command. What do I have to do?

Sorry, but the articles' conformity checking has to be performed at the delivery, with the delivery agent witnessing. As it can help us tightening our dispatch procedures' flaws, this is an absolute necessity for each customer to reject the items not matching while they are being delivered. Thus, any item not rejected at delivery cannot be accepted upon return, unless for size issue or item's defectiveness

My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do?

Marketmyx offers you a variety of ways to return your item:

  • Drop off services at locations that are convenient for you.
  • Pickup options.
  • Heavy-Bulky return options handled by a specialty carrier team.

To receive Free Returns on your eligible product(s)

  • Only product(s) that say that they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible for Free Returns. Free Returns only applies to product(s) fulfilled by marketmyx. It does not apply to the same product(s) fulfilled by other sellers.
  • No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns.
  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however. Except for products purchased from different country. Those can only be refunded if damaged, defective or wrong product
  • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • Marketmyx will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result marketmyx error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, marketmyx may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with marketmyx's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
  • Product purchased from different country than yours can only be returned if they are damaged, defective or wrong product
